One arrangement for the people, properties and information a family office looks after, run by a single accountable team and reported to the office each month.
We work with family offices and the principals, families and staff they serve: single and multi-family offices, private offices and the advisers around them. An office holds the family’s calendar, its properties, its travel and much of its information, which makes it the natural place for security to be organised.
Our role is to be the office’s security function: a standing assessment of the family’s exposure, residential teams and protection where they are needed, travel planned and supported, devices and accounts protected, and a monthly report that lets the office see what is in place and why.
Illustrative scenario
A family establishes an office to manage three homes, a business and frequent travel. We assess the family’s exposure, set one standard of procedures across the properties, stand up a residential team at the main house, plan the year’s travel and review the family’s devices and accounts, then report to the office each month on what is in place and what has changed.
