Residential Security Teams
Residential security teams for private homes and estates, planned around how the family lives, supervised on the ground and reported on in writing.
What this covers
Residential security protects people first and property second. We assess the house or estate, the routines of the family and staff, and the ways someone could gain access or information, then design an arrangement that fits how the household actually lives.
Depending on the property, that can include residential security officers on agreed shifts, patrols of grounds and outbuildings, control of gates and visitors, coordination with CCTV, alarms and safe rooms, and liaison with local police where appropriate. Arrangements can extend to secondary residences and supporting offices.
Every deployment runs to written instructions: who is on duty, what they check, how incidents are escalated and how the household is kept informed. The aim is a team that is present when needed and unobtrusive the rest of the time.
The team also covers a property while it is unoccupied, and the protection of collections and valuables kept at home, so that nothing depends on the family being in residence.
Who it suits
Homeowners in central London, owners of country houses and estates, and family offices responsible for several properties.
It also suits households that already have some security in place and want it brought under one plan, with clear supervision and reporting.
Scope
One-off
Security cover for a defined period, such as a family stay, a private event or the weeks around building works.
Retained
A vetted team on call for the residence, briefed on the property and ready to deploy when the family arrives or a risk changes.
Ongoing managed
A managed residential team on an agreed shift pattern, working to written procedures with supervision and regular reports to the family or family office.

How we run it
We survey the property, its boundaries, access points and systems, and talk to the family and senior staff about routines and concerns. We set out staffing levels, shift patterns, post instructions and the technology the team will rely on, and agree them with you.
We select officers suited to the house and the family, brief them on the property and introduce them to the household before they start. A supervisor checks standards on site, reviews logs and adjusts the arrangement as the family's routine or the risk picture changes. You receive regular written reports covering incidents, faults with security systems and any changes we recommend.
