What we collect
Through the client enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, the type of enquiry, the service you are interested in, location, time frame and the outline you give us. Through candidate registration we collect your name, contact details, the roles and locations you are interested in, your availability, your CV and anything it contains, and whether you want job alerts. We also collect limited technical information as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
We use enquiry data to respond to you and, if you instruct us, to provide our services. We use candidate data to assess your suitability for roles, contact you about opportunities and, with your agreement, introduce you to prospective employers. We rely on our legitimate interests in running our business, on steps taken at your request before a contract, on legal obligations such as right to work checks, and on your consent for job alerts.
Who we share it with
We share data with service providers who host our website, forms, email and applicant tracking systems on our behalf, under contracts that protect it. We share a candidate's details with a prospective employer only with the candidate's agreement. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is kept for 12 months from your last contact with us and is then deleted, unless you ask us to keep your registration active. Enquiry data is kept for as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
