Who we recruit
Household and estate
House managers, butlers, housekeepers, private chefs, nannies and governesses, chauffeurs, personal assistants and chiefs of staff, estate managers and domestic couples.
What we look for: Experience in private households, or in comparable five-star service, and an understanding that discretion is part of the job.
Security
Residential security officers, close protection officers, security drivers, event security and surveillance operatives, for private clients, organisations and events.
What we look for: A current SIA licence for licensable roles, relevant operational experience, and a record that stands up to screening to BS 7858.
How we work with candidates

A conversation
If your experience fits, we call to understand your background, the work you want and the work you do not, and your availability.
Interview and references
Interviews are by video or in person, and we take up references from previous employers.
Screening
Identity and right to work for every role. For security roles, SIA licence checks and screening to BS 7858; an enhanced disclosure where a role involves children.
Introduction and support
We put you forward only with your agreement, brief you on the household or client before interview, and stay in touch through your trial period and beyond.
Our commitments to you
No fees
We never charge candidates. Our fee is paid by the client.

Your CV never goes to a client without your agreement, and we tell you who the role is with before you are introduced.
