Security for principals, guests and hospitality at motorsport and sporting events, planned around the pace and scale of race days and tournaments.
We work with teams, sponsors, hospitality providers, family offices and private guests attending motorsport and sporting events in the UK and abroad. These events bring large crowds, tight timings and principals moving between hotels, hospitality areas and vehicles.
We plan security around the event's own operation, working with organisers and venue security rather than around them, so that principals and guests can move freely and safely.
Illustrative scenario
A sponsor invites senior clients to a race weekend abroad. We assess the hotels, routes and circuit, plan transport between them and provide officers for the principal guests, coordinating with the circuit's security and with local providers in line with local regulation.
Initial contact only. We follow up securely.
