Risk Assessment
A structured assessment of the threats and vulnerabilities around a person, family, property or organisation, with written, prioritised recommendations.
What this covers
A security risk assessment identifies who or what might pose a threat, how exposed the person or place is, and what would reduce that risk in proportion. It is the first step in every service we provide, and it is also available on its own.
We look at the people, properties, routines, travel, technology and staff involved, and at how much information about them is publicly available. The output is a written report with findings and recommendations ranked by priority, so that decisions about spending and staffing rest on evidence rather than impression.
Where you already have security in place, the assessment can serve as an independent review of whether it is working as intended.
Who it suits
Private clients and family offices taking on a new property, new staff or a higher public profile; companies planning executive travel or events; and anyone who wants an objective view before committing to a security arrangement.
Scope
One-off
A single assessment and written report for a person, family, property, trip or event.
Retained
Reassessment at agreed intervals, and a fresh review whenever circumstances change.
Ongoing managed
Continuous risk review built into a managed service, feeding changes into staffing, procedures and technology.

How we run it
We agree the scope with you and gather information through interviews, site visits and a review of public exposure. We analyse threats and vulnerabilities and agree the format and priorities of the report.
We carry out the fieldwork, including site surveys and checks of existing systems, staff procedures and routines. A senior member of the team reviews the findings for accuracy and proportion before they reach you. You receive a written report with prioritised recommendations, and we take you through it in person.
