Event & Venue Security
Security for events, productions and venues, from early planning and risk assessment to access control, backstage and set security, principal protection and debrief.
What this covers
Event security starts long before the doors open. We work with hosts, organisers and venues to assess the risks, plan access and accreditation, and agree how guests, principals, staff and suppliers will move through the site.
On the day, that can mean managing entry points and perimeters, protecting principals and VIP guests, coordinating secure transport, and running a control point in contact with the venue, the organiser and, where appropriate, the emergency services. Afterwards, we debrief and report.
The scale is set by the event: a private dinner at home needs a very different plan from a corporate conference or a day at a race meeting.
Who it suits
Private hosts, family offices, corporate event and hospitality teams, and organisers of sporting and motorsport events who need a security partner for principals and guests.
Scope
One-off
Planning and delivery of security for a single event, from risk assessment through to debrief.
Retained
An agreed team and plan for a series of events, refreshed for each venue and date.
Ongoing managed
A managed event security function across a calendar of events, with consistent procedures and reporting.

How we run it
We assess the venue, the guest list, the principals attending and the event's public profile. We plan access, accreditation, staffing, transport, communications and contingencies with the organiser and venue.
We brief and deploy the team, walk the site beforehand and run a control point on the day. Team leaders supervise posts, manage changes to the running order and deal with incidents as they arise. After the event, we debrief with you and provide a written report with lessons for next time.
