What this covers
Technology should support the people protecting a property, not replace them. We assess what a home, estate or office needs, specify systems in proportion to the risk, and manage installation through approved contractors.
Systems can include CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, perimeter detection, safe rooms and links to remote monitoring. We also give independent second opinions on systems already installed, and take on their technical management over time, including maintenance, testing and user training.
Every system we specify is documented, so that the household or business knows what it has, who maintains it and how it should be used.

How we run it
We survey the property and its existing systems and identify where technology would reduce risk. We specify systems in proportion to the risk, with costs, and agree the design with you.
We manage installation through approved contractors and check the work before handover. We oversee maintenance and testing, and train the household or staff to use the systems properly. You receive a full system record and regular reports on faults, tests and recommended upgrades.
