Security Monitoring

Remote monitoring of alarms, cameras and sensors, with agreed response procedures and regular reporting.

What this covers

Monitoring turns a security system into a service. Alarms, cameras and sensors are watched by trained operators who follow agreed procedures when something happens, from checking a camera to contacting the household, a response team or the police.

We set up monitoring around the property's systems and routines, agree the hours and response arrangements with you, and test them. Monitoring can be combined with residential teams on site, so that operators and officers work from the same plan.

You receive regular reports on alerts, responses, system faults and the changes we recommend.

Who it suits

Owners of homes and estates that are often unoccupied, families with several properties, and businesses that want monitoring linked to a wider security arrangement rather than a stand-alone alarm contract.

Scope

One-off

Temporary monitoring for a set period, such as while a property is empty or during building works.

Retained

Monitoring activated at agreed times, for example whenever the family is away.

Ongoing managed

Managed monitoring for the agreed hours, with response procedures, regular testing and reporting.

How we run it

We review the property's systems, routines and response options, and identify what should be monitored. We agree monitoring hours, alarm responses, contact lists and escalation routes with you.

We connect and test the systems, then brief operators and any on-site team on the procedures. Supervisors review alerts and responses, and arrange repairs or changes when systems or routines change. You receive regular reports on activity, responses and system health.
