Executive Protection

Protection for executives, boards and visiting principals, planned around business itineraries and coordinated with your own security and travel teams.

What this covers

Executive protection applies close protection discipline to corporate life: board meetings, investor days, site visits, client dinners and travel between cities. The aim is to let senior people work normally while the risks around their movements are managed.

We provide protection officers, advance work at venues, secure transport and travel risk planning. We coordinate with in-house security, executive assistants and travel managers, so that one plan covers the whole itinerary.

Engagements range from a single visit to a standing arrangement for named executives, with written procedures and a single point of contact on our side.

Who it suits

Companies whose leaders have a public profile, are travelling to unfamiliar locations or face a specific concern, such as a contentious announcement or a period of protest activity.

It also suits family offices and private companies whose principals move between business and private commitments.

Scope

One-off

Protection for a single visit, roadshow or meeting, with venue checks and secure transport arranged in advance.

Retained

A briefed team on call for named executives, ready to support short-notice travel and meetings.

Ongoing managed

A managed executive protection programme with procedures, rotas, supervision and periodic reporting to your security or HR lead.

How we run it

We review the executive's profile, itinerary and any specific concerns with your security, HR or executive office lead. We plan routes, venues, vehicles, timings and contingencies around the business schedule.

We brief and deploy officers and drivers, and coordinate with assistants, hosts and venue security. A team leader manages the assignment, keeps the plan current as meetings move and holds the team to agreed standards. We provide a report after each assignment and, on standing arrangements, regular reviews of risk and coverage.
