What this covers

An estate needs more than upkeep. It needs a budget, a maintenance plan, reliable contractors, well-managed staff and security that fits the property. We take responsibility for bringing those together.

Our estate management covers budget forecasting within the limits the owner authorises, planned and reactive maintenance, an approved contractor list, management of estate and household staff, and coordination of residential and technical security. We can use secure, cloud-based estate management software so that you can see the position of the property at any time.

We also recruit estate managers for owners who prefer to employ their own, and can support them once they are in post.

How we run it

We review the estate's land, buildings, staff, contracts, budgets and security, and agree priorities with the owner. We prepare a maintenance plan, budget forecast, staffing structure and contractor list for approval.

We put the plan into effect, appointing contractors and staff and setting up records and systems. We manage the estate day to day, checking work against the plan and keeping spending within authorised limits. The owner or family office receives regular financial and operational reports, with decisions flagged in advance.
