Security Personnel

Residential security officers, close protection officers and security drivers, recruited for private homes, estates and principals.

What the role covers

Residential security on day or night shifts, including patrols, access control and monitoring of systems.

Close protection of principals and their families at home and on the move.

Keeping accurate logs and reports, and following written procedures and escalation routes.

Working discreetly alongside the household staff and the family's routines.

How we recruit and vet

Every candidate is interviewed, and we take up references from recent employers directly rather than relying on written letters alone. We check identity and the right to work in the UK, and verify the qualifications and experience a candidate claims.

For security roles, we also review employment history over recent years, verify any licence the role requires, and check training and experience against the duties involved.
