Household staff in Oxfordshire

Oxfordshire runs from the Thames valley around Henley-on-Thames to the edge of the Cotswolds around Burford, Chipping Norton and Woodstock. We recruit for country houses, estates and village homes across the county.

Properties here are often country houses with land, gardens, stables or farms, and estates that need people as well as upkeep. Typical roles include estate managers, house managers, housekeepers, domestic couples, chefs and gardeners, as well as residential security for houses that stand empty for part of the year.

We recruit across London and the Home Counties, and support country properties with estate management and residential security. Families can therefore use one provider for the staff, the running and the security of the estate.
