Household staff in London

London is where most of our work begins. Our office is in Mayfair, and we recruit for and support households across central and west London, from Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge to Kensington, Chelsea, Holland Park and St John's Wood, and north to Hampstead and Highgate.

Households here are often townhouses or apartments run by a small, close team: a house manager or housekeeper, a chef, a driver and, for families, a nanny. Many are one of several homes, so staff need to prepare the house for arrivals, care for it while the family is away and work smoothly with security and building management.

We recruit across London and the Home Counties, and our security and estate services cover the same area, so a family can use one provider for staff in town and in the country. Every candidate is interviewed and referenced, and where a household also needs security, recruitment and protection are planned together.
