A small, experienced team in Mayfair, with the operational specialists and household staff around it selected, vetted and supervised by us.
Backgrounds
Our team's backgrounds include UK policing, military and government service, surveillance operations and training, and long careers in private household staffing and recruitment. Those disciplines rarely sit under one roof. Bringing them together is what lets a family or an organisation rely on one provider for the people and the protection around their homes, offices and journeys.
Leadership
The firm is led by its founders, who remain the senior point of contact for every client. We have kept leadership deliberately small: the people who assess and plan an engagement are the people who answer for it, and the people you meet at the start are the people who stay involved. We do not publish individual profiles. Our directors are introduced in person, as the work requires.
Operational specialists
Our operational teams are made up of close protection officers, residential security officers, surveillance operators, security drivers, technical specialists and analysts. Each holds the licence or qualification their role requires, is briefed for the specific engagement and works under a named supervisor who checks standards on the ground.
Household and estate staff
House managers, butlers, housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, nannies, personal assistants and estate managers come to us through our staffing division. Candidates are interviewed in person and referenced before they are introduced, and where we manage the household as well as staff it, the same supervision and written reporting apply.
Selection and vetting
Everyone we deploy or place is interviewed, referenced and identity-checked, with licence and right-to-work checks where the role needs them. The standards, memberships and credentials we hold are listed on our standards page, each with the date it was last verified, and we add to that register only when the evidence is on file.
Associates and work abroad
Where an engagement needs capacity or local knowledge we do not hold in-house, usually overseas, we work with associates we have used before, under our planning and supervision. We tell clients when we do, and the reporting comes from us.
Who we work for
Our clients include private families and family offices, diplomats and visiting dignitaries, business leaders and their organisations, and the producers and promoters behind film, sport and live events, in the UK and abroad. We work for a deliberately selective group of clients, and most new work comes to us by recommendation.
