Our Approach

Every engagement, from a single placement to a managed operation, follows the same five steps: assess, plan, deploy, supervise and report.

Assess

We start by understanding the people, places and routines involved, and the risks and requirements around them. For security work, that means a structured risk assessment. For staffing and household work, it means a detailed brief: how the household runs, what the role really involves and who the person will work alongside.

Plan

We turn the assessment into a written plan that you can read and agree: staffing levels, rotas, procedures, technology, budgets and timescales, with the reasoning behind each. Measures are proportionate to the risk and to the way you want to live or work.

Deploy

We select and brief the right people, whether that is a single officer, a newly recruited house manager or a full team. Candidates and personnel are interviewed and referenced, and they are introduced to the household or business before they start wherever possible.

Supervise

Deployment is where many arrangements fail, so we stay involved. Supervisors and operational leads check standards in person, review logs and records, manage cover and handle problems early, and the plan is updated as circumstances change.

Report

You hear from us in writing, at intervals agreed at the start: what has happened, what has been checked, what it has cost and what we recommend changing. Reporting gives you oversight without having to manage the detail yourself.

Assess, plan, deploy, supervise, report

  1. Assess

The principal, the places and the routine, and where the exposure actually lies.

  2. Plan

A written plan with roles, routes, contingencies and the people who will deliver it.

  3. Deploy

Vetted, briefed people in place, working to the plan from the first day.

  4. Supervise

Active oversight of the team on the ground, adjusted as circumstances change.

  5. Report

Clear reporting to the client, with lessons carried into the next phase.
